Allow 'Move to Standby List' to be removed if not required in the pop up summary menu

Many staff members accidentally press this button 'Move to Standby List'

Can this be removed?

Also, it's really hard to move someone from the Standby list back to the main list if it happends accidentally. Is there an easy way to do this? Drives me mad!
