We are currently scheduling the work to skip the step as identified when printing a booking.
This should hopefully allow you to bypass the additional click needed.

I am sure you will have noticed but just a quick note to mention that we took on your suggestion and in printing you should go directly to the browser print dialog and not the ResDiary preview.

Hi,
We would like to go directly to the printer dialog after selecting the 'Print' icon.
It takes an additional click which does confirm the same action and takes more time than necessary.
