The default leave time on the widget is set for 1 hour until the customer selects a promotion and then it changes. Around 50% of our prebooking enquiries complain about this and it stops them from booking until we have been able to respond to the query and explain what to do.
How easy would it be for the default to show as blank until a promotion is selected? or at the very least to have a comment that this time will change once you have selected a promotion?
