Hi Maris,
The seperation of walk-ins and reservations is currently predicated on there being no customer details.
As soon as you add these it will become factored into reservations of a given day as oppose to the walk-in statistics.
We are looking at ways of re-structuring how walk-ins are processed and allow for customer profiles to be attached without it behaving in this way.
If there is progress on the development of this then I will let you know.
