I would like to know the answer to the above question please. I have also enabled the tick-box option to change bookings but it don't do anything. I have attached a screenshot of another business who uses resdiary and has this option enabled.

Can guests cancel/edit their booking using the widget? If so, how please? There is a tick-box option in the settings but it doesn't seem to change anything for the customer. The auto-email doesn't mention being able to cancel online. Help! :-)

We can currently include a link to edit / cancel bookings via email confirmations with the facility to do this directly from the booking widget coming soon.
I will keep you updated on the progress of this.
