"Complete Booking" button worded differently when there is card details to enter

We are having parties turning up saying they have booked when there is no booking for them. When we search their details they have been added to the system but as they card details weren't entered the booking never finalised. One way to help prevent this would be to change the button that says "complete booking" when the customer has entered their contact details as the booking isn't in fact completed at this stage. We feel we would have less of these non booked parties if the button said "next" and the customer knew they had more details to fill in rather than "complete Booking"

I've had this exact same issue. When I raised a ticket I was given the response "The widget is hard-coded and therefore no changes can be applied to it I'm afraid."


This feels like it would be a very easy fix. This happens a lot
